  • The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute awards more than $1 million in college scholarships to exceptional student leaders each year. High school seniors nationwide who demonstrate leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship are invited to apply for the 2020 GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program.   • The CPCU Society of Syracuse has two scholarships available. One is open to seniors who are enrolling in the risk management program at SUNY Oswego, and the other one is open to all seniors planning to attend college in the fall of 2020 as a full time student.   • Siena College is offering every admitted student who fills out the FAFSA with at least $52,000 in scholarships toward their degree. Please stop by the Guidance Office for more information.
  • The LeMoyne College CYO Scholarship is now available for any senior interested in attending LeMoyne College. Applications are in the Guidance Office.
  • The Lillian Slutzker Honors College at OCC is taking applications for the Fall of 2020.  To apply you must have a 90 or above overall average.  For more information please visit www.sunyocc.edu/honors or stop by the Guidance Office.  If selected students attend OCC tuition free and are granted a stipend to cover the cost of books.
  • Clarkson University has added a new scholarship that will cover all tuition costs for 10 students.  Please stop by the Guidance Office for more information.
  • Alfred State College has a scholarship opportunity for students interested in studying Agriculture. Students enrolling in their new program, Ag Automation and Robotics, may be eligible to receive up to $6000 per year in gap funding and students in other Ag programs may be eligible to receive up to $3000 per year in gap funding.   • Horatio Alger Association is offering scholarships to students who possess the character to succeed in life. To qualify students must have at least a 2.0 GPA and require financial assistance to attend college. To learn more and apply, visit www.scholars.horatioalger.org
  • Any college bound senior that is a GPO federal Credit Union member that is in good standing is eligible to apply for a statewide college scholarship. Application deadline in January 13, 2020. Stop by the Guidance Office for an application and more information.   
  • National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association is offering three different scholarships. One at the State level of $250.00, One at the Sectional level of $1,500.00 and one at the National level of $2,500.00. The scholarships will recognize the distinguished scholastic, leadership and sportsmanship attributes of high school student-athletes, and the importance of high school athletics in each student's life. Applicant must be a senior, have a minimum of a B+ average, ranked in the top 25% of their class and must have participated in two sports for at least two years each where they earned a varsity letter for each.   • CNY STEM is offering scholarships to seniors who will be majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, Nursing, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Architecture.   • The New York State Nursery and Landscape Association, Inc. offer scholarship opportunities to high school seniors and recent high school graduates who are planning to move on and study some form of landscaping in college. For more information, please go to http://www.cnysnla.org/

  • Wace Scholarship Partner Institutions offers scholarships to high school seniors that apply to one of the nine partner institutions: Clarkson University, Drexel University, Johnson & Wales University, Merrimack College, R.I.T, SUNY Oswego, The University of Toledo, University of Cincinnati and Wentworth Institute of Technology. If you are applying to one of those colleges and have a GPA of 3.5 or higher, stop by the Guidance Office for more information.  
  • Any graduating seniors that are interested in going to school for a trade may be eligible for a scholarship through Mike Rowe Works Foundation. Visit https://www.mikeroweworks.org/scholarship/ for more information.
  • RT Federal Credit Union is offering a scholarship to a college bound senior that is a  member of the New York Credit Union. For an application and more information, stop by the Guidance Office. Application deadline is January 10, 2020.
  • The Association of Fire Districts of the State of New York is pleased to announce the Ned Carter Memorial Scholarship Award for High School Seniors. To be eligible for this award you must be a high school senior that will be attending a two or four year college upon graduation and be related to firefighter, be a firefighter or be an Explorer/Junior Member in a fire department or fire district that is currently a paid up member of the Association of Fire Districts of the State of New York. Application deadline is Saturday, February 22nd 2020. Stop by the Guidance Office for an application and more information.
