Community College Assistance - Since Madison County does not have a community college our county will pay a subsidy fee to the county where your child will be attending a community college. In order for this to happen, a certification form needs to be filled out and signed by the Madison County Treasurer's Office. This should be done within the first 30 days after your child enrolls.
