Other ideas that work:
*Get organized--managing your classwork and assignments will help you not to feel overwhelmed and will lead to a sense of accomplishment!
*Prioritize--figure out what matters first, then go from there. Whittle away at long-term assignments/projects so you don't get burned-out!
*Get sleep, eat healthy--chocolate and coffee might seem like a food group, but eating fruits/veggies, whole grains, and getting enough protein and iron count more!
*Have fun--make time for hobbies/activities that allow you to learn, relax, and recharge!
*Talk--if you need help figuring it out, see a staff member and talk to family--we all work together to help you have a good life!
