My name is Carrie-Ann Ronalds. I am originally from Syracuse, but grew up in
a military family so have also lived in Texas, California, Montana and
England. After graduating from high
school in San Antonio, Texas, I decided to return to New York to be closer to my extended family. I attended SUNY College at
Fredonia and spent a semester at the University of Stirling in Scotland before moving back to the Syracuse
area. While working on my master’s degree at
Syracuse University I substitute taught in area schools. After completion
of my degree I taught at Bishop Grimes before coming to Canastota in 2013.
My husband and I keep busy with our two young
children, I am currently the Vice President for Membership of the Central New York Council
for the Social Studies, and am looking forward to another great year here at
Canastota High School!
