National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association is offering three different scholarships. One at the State level of $250.00, One at the Sectional level of $1,500.00 and one at the National level of $2,500.00. The scholarships will recognize the distinguished scholastic, leadership and sportsmanship attributes of high school student-athletes, and the importance of high school athletics in each student's life. Applicant must be a senior, have a minimum of a B+ average, ranked in the top 25% of their class and must have participated in two sports for at least two years each where they earned a varsity letter for each. The American Legion Oratorical Scholarship Program is a Constitutional Speech Contest for 9th-12th grade students. Information can be found at www.legion.org . Application Deadline is November 16, 2018. Stop by the Guidance office for an application.

The New York Credit Union Association's has a scholarship that ranges from $250 to $1,500 to be paid jointly to the student and educational institution. In addition, GPO also will be awarding scholarships to three students (who are GPO Members), a $1,000, a $500 and a $300 scholarship. Student must be a college bound senior and a member of GPO Federal Credit Union. Application deadline in January 9, 2019. Stop by the Guidance Office for an application.

Wace Scholarship Partner Institutions offers scholarships to high school seniors that apply to one of the nine partner institutions: Clarkson University, Drexel University, Johnson & Wales University, Merrimack College, R.I.T, SUNY Oswego, The University of Toledo, University of Cincinnati and Wentworth Institute of Technology. If you are applying to one of those colleges and have a GPA of 3.5 or higher, stop by the Guidance Office for more information.

The creators of the “Student Award Search Aid” website are offering a scholarship for 2019. Please visit our website at http://www.studentawardsearch.com/scholarships.htm to read about us and to apply for our scholarship. Our website was developed solely for the purpose of

The Syracuse Chapter of the CPCU Society is accepting applications for scholarships of $1,000 in three categories for 2019. The deadline for applications is March 4, 2019. Three scholarships will be awarded, one for each of the following categories:

2019 Members Scholarship – open to all sons, daughters, grandchildren, or legal wards of a dues-paying member of the Syracuse CPCU Society Chapter, Inc. who plans to attend college in the fall of 2019 as a full-time student.

2019 SUNY Oswego Scholarship – open to all students who are enrolled as a full-time student for the fall of 2019 term in the Risk Management and Insurance Program at SUNY Oswego.

2019 High School Senior Scholarship – open to all senior high school students planning to attend college in the fall of 2019 as a full-time student.
